Please give us a short summary of your website ?
Real Estate Ask Us is helping home owners, home sellers and investors locate services by experienced certified real estate agents. Promoting the benefits of using real estate expert services to buy or sell real estate effectively.
Our real estate team includes myself, Steven Glozer (sales associate) and many other experienced Realtors.
What inspired you to launch your own real estate website?
I believe in the preservation of the right to own, transfer, and use real property to all quantified home sellers and home buyers.. Our team is committed to this belief. Moreover, our team can handle every aspect of the real estate sales process that can save our clients time and can make the process more enjoyable and less stressful.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
My first website I launch back in 2001 was Swaphandmedowns.com. Which helps families.
How did you decide on a name for your Real Estate Ask Us.com website?
My website name says it all. Need Real Estate Help? Ask us. Furthermore, when I became a real estate sales associate I was prepared and ready to help our clients because I already had over 34 years experience in sales.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Our team of certified experience Realtors and real estate agents are involved directly with the client or customer one on one to help them with their real estate issues. This way it is more effective to refer them to the agent or area they need to go next. By helping buyers and sellers faster they can locate what they need quicker. Furthermore, I feel our team can help the home buyer or home seller directly with their needs.
What is your eventual goal with your website?
Our team is compiled from top leading real estate sales agents and real estate brokers. All willing to help you if you need them. I intend to happily watch my real estate network system grow.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
People come first. I and our team invests most of our time helping our clients and customer succeed in their real estate ventures. Moreover, I have over 30 years in the retail and marketing sales experience and enjoyed designing this site to support and help clients succeed in their real estate sales.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would grow across the web and reach more brokers and agents to network with our team to help their potential clients and customers.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
We have a large team of real estate agents and brokers to back us up~
What has been your biggest challenge?
I like a challenge but yet to have found one that I can't overcome.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Linking with other sites to help promote what I am doing. Joining real estate associates that can help me promote what I am doing. Such as the Mercer County Association of Realtors® and National Association of REALTORS® to name a few. And media networking with real estate related topics.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
I don't find any differed expectations since my goal in the beginning was made up before I designed Real Estate Ask Us.com.
What is exciting about this new approach to help the internet public with real estate help?
I still get excited when a visitor contacts our site and asks for real estate help.
Our policy is to help them as soon as I can. I do follow up with each requests to make sure they have received the best possible answer to their questions.
